I am using HP Smart, nothing is being sent to the printer que. Also. none of my attempts to print from ANY application are sent to the printer que.

Try these steps:
1. Check Printer Connection
Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your network or computer:
Wireless Connection:
- Make sure the printer is connected to your Wi-Fi network.
- Print a Wireless Network Test Report from the printer's display panel to ensure it is connected.
USB Connection:
- Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the printer and the computer.
2. Set Printer as Default
Make sure the HP OfficeJet 4650 is set as the default printer:
- Open 'Settings' by pressing Win + I.
- Go to 'Devices' and then 'Printers & scanners'.
- Find your HP OfficeJet 4650 in the list, click on it, and then click 'Manage'.
- Click 'Set as default' to set it as your default printer.
3. Restart Printer Spooler Service
Restarting the Printer Spooler service can resolve issues where print jobs are not sent to the queue:
- Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
- In the Services window, scroll down to find 'Print Spooler'.
- Right-click on 'Print Spooler' and select 'Restart'.
4. Clear Print Queue
Clear any stuck print jobs in the queue:
- Open 'Settings' by pressing Win + I.
- Go to 'Devices' and then 'Printers & scanners'.
- Click on your HP OfficeJet 4650, then click 'Open queue'.
- Click on 'Printer' in the top menu and select 'Cancel All Documents'.
5. Update Printer Driver
Ensure that your printer drivers are up to date:
- Go to the HP Software and Driver Downloads page.
- Enter your printer model (HP OfficeJet 4650) and download the latest driver.
- Install the driver and restart your computer.
