Product: HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Printer is linked to my computer.

Printer is shown on my computer settings under Printers & scanners.

I click "Add device". 

Printer updates with "Driver is unavailable".

 

I've run HP Smart App,  It does not resolve the problem.

I've used HP Easy Start.  No help.

I've used HP Print and Scan Doctor.  The Doctor couldn't provide an Rx.

 

Please let me know if there a simple fix that I missed.

How to test, install the default Windows driver.

See if you can install it successfully
