I also have Windows 10 and a HP 7110 wide format printer. I added a custom paper size, however, it does not show up in the application I am trying to use it in - Photoshop Elements 14. Besides 11X14 or 12X18, the reason I got this printer was for scrapbooking and I print on 12X12 ALL THE TIME and since getting a new Windows 10 computer, I see that will not be possible. I am VERY disappointed and frustrated.
CAN YOU PLEASE COME UP WITH A SOLUTION?

Hey there! @cynig, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!
I understand you have issues printing custom paper size from your printer.
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
Have you tried printing using a different application?
Does the issue persist when you make a copy from your printer?
As you mentioned you are unable to print custom paper size of 12x12 on your printer.
Try printing using a different application and print 12x12 and check if you are able to print.
If you are able to print from a different application. It is an issue with the photoshop elements software.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the software and try printing again and check if it helps.
Refer this article to know more information about printing about creating custom paper sizes.

Have a pleasant day ahead! 🙂

I made no changes to the printer. I used this printer when I had a Windows 7 or 8 computer and printed 12X12 without a problem (although it wasn't border to border). I upgraded my computer to a Windows 10 to better serve me with my digital scrapbooking as well as other applications.
I have tried Photoshop Elements, Word, and Excel and none offer a larger paper size.
I'm not sure what you mean by making a copy from your printer.
I believe the trouble lies with the driver for the HP 7110. I have seen this problem mentioned in many forums and I have tried all the workarounds - none of which have resolved the issue.
Before I bought a new computer, I made sure there were Windows 10 drivers for my printers, and even now, if you google Windows 10 wide format printers, HP is still claiming the HP 7110 as a choice. PLEASE HELP!
