the printer communicates with one computer but not another over the same Wireless WiFi System. HP Smart Fix and Diagnose does not detect any problems but cannot print the test page. HP Print and Scan Doc identifies no communication but is unable to correct.

@Cookie628, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
1. Reinstall Printer on the Problem PC
Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
Remove the printer completely.
Download the full software suite from HP’s website for the 8022e.
Reinstall using “Wireless” setup.
2. Assign Static IP to Printer
On the printer’s screen:
Settings > Network Setup > Wireless Settings > Advanced Settings > IP Settings > Manual
Enter a static IP (e.g., 192.168.1.100) that's outside your DHCP range.
Re-add the printer to the problem PC using this static IP.
3. Check Windows Firewall
Go to Control Panel > Windows Defender Firewall > Allow an app or feature through Firewall.
Make sure File and Printer Sharing is allowed for Private Networks.
Temporarily disable firewall (and antivirus, if applicable) and test printing.
4. Update Drivers
In Device Manager, expand “Printers”, right-click on the OfficeJet 8022e, and choose “Update driver”.
Or manually download from HP’s support site.
5. Run Windows Printer Troubleshooter
Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
Run Printer Troubleshooter for the 8022e.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
