Hi @Stevew324,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To perform a factory reset on your HP OfficeJet 9018 printer, follow these steps.

  • Turn off the printer by pressing the power button.
  • Wait for 10 seconds and then press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons simultaneously.
  • While holding these buttons, press the Power button to turn on the printer.
  • Continue holding the Wireless and Cancel buttons for about 10-15 seconds until the printer starts to reset.
  • Release the buttons once the printer has reset and starts to power on.
  • The printer will now reset to its default factory settings. Wait for the printer to complete the reset process and restart.
  • Once the printer has restarted, it will be in its default state, and you will need to set it up again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
