Trying to switch to INSTANT INK vs buying ink cartridges. Computer and printer, wireless, and been in use for several years. Per INSTANT INK, printer not connected. Have turned printer ON/OFF. Have RESTORED NEWWORK SETTINGS and restored WIRELESS CONNECTION. Yes, blue wireless light is on ... blue ... solid. Back to INSTANT INK, still says not connected.
I am ready to throw printer out 2nd floor window. HELP
I've tried 123.hp.com, HP smart, support.hp.com, start.hp.com,
