Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I used to be able to print A3 size, however I was having trouble printing design drawings to scale. Therefore I restored the factory settings, however now there is no A3 paper size option.

Hi,

Please follow HP Easy Start below to reinstall your printer driver, within the Software Selection screen be sure to select the HP Basic or Full Feature Software option and then follow the steps on screen to complete the software installation:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/HPEasyStart/Win10/HPEasyStart_14_1_4.exe

 

Following the drivers re-installation try printing A3 and check for any difference.

Thank you. I have reinstalled the driver and still have no A3 paper option, only Letter and A4.

Install the latest drivers for that printer model from hp.com, you are probably on Microsoft drivers.
