The printer worked fine the day before this happened. I'm not aware of installing any system updates that day. I tried to print from the app on my phone (iPhone 6) and when that didn't work, I tried to print directly from my computer, and that didn't work.
I ran Print and Scan Doctor. It found a job stuck in queue, deleted it. I tried again to print a test page, didn't work.
I disabled the firewall, at the suggestion of the virtual agent. It still didn't work.
I uninstalled HP Smart and the printer driver, and forgot the device on Windows. Then I re-found it and reinstalled everything. It's still not working.
Printer says it's connected to the network, and the computer sees the printer on the network. When I look at "Jobs" on the printer itself, it sees that a job is coming through, but it stays on the screen that says "printing" and never prints it. And on HP Smart, when I try to print something, it says printer status "initializing".
I have a really important meeting coming up, please help!

@wardfamily, Welcome to HP Support Community!
Add the printer using TCP/IP address-
1. Select “Start” and type “printers” in the search box.
2. Choose “Printers & scanners“.
3. elect “Add a printer or scanner“.
4. Wait for the “The printer that I want isn’t listed” option to appear, then select it.
5. Select “Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname”, then select “Next“.
6. select “TCP/IP Device” in the “Device type” list.
7. Type the hostname or the IP address of the printer. Select “Next“. To find the IP address of the printer, touch the Wi-Fi icon on the printer's control panel.
8. Windows should find the printer if the printer is on and configured correctly. You may have to specify more information. If prompted, select the type of network adapter installed in the printer in the “Device Type” drop-down list. You can also click “Custom” to specify custom settings for the network printer. Select “Next“.
Try printing.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
