Product: OfficeJet Pro 8720 Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
I have downloaded the correct driver for this Printer, and added it as default. (downloaded: "OJ8720_Full_Webpack_40.12.1161") I continually get "Ethernet not connected" and that it will not work wirelessly with Ethernet connected. But, when it is disconnected (from new router) it ceases to be wireless. What am I missing? I've tried the Print and Scan Doctor, with no satisfaction. Does anyone have a similar experience, or better yet - a solution? Help is appreciated, Rasser2

Thanks Betty0610, I resolved my issue by disconnecting the Ethernet cable and going into printer Wireless settings and using Wireless Wizard. It found my new router and connected, giving me wireless features. Everything is now good in my world!
