Current firmware is MANHTNPP1N002.2115A.00
Printer check a new update but is unable to download it (manual or auto check).
Internet connection is OK (manual IP, no DHCP, no WiFi, no IPV6)
Printer is on a personal but secured LAN : full access to internet but no access from internet to the printer.
Any idea ?

I follow your instructions :
- semi-full reset : ok
- configure wifi : OK
i try to update :
- KO on the ethernet link (5' on 0% download... again)
- OK on the WiFi !!!
strange isn't it ?
After reboot : web interface is empty with ethernet link ??? only background (whith whith blue and grey lines but no menu)
Javascript console says : "Uncaught TypeError: J.prodCfgDO.isChinaNAL is not a function"
I clear browser's cache (CTRL-F5, ...)
What's the hell ?
I unplug the cable, Wifi goes on and web interface is OK !
With Wifi Connection, i check all the setup to set all my configuration.
I try an other browser (Chromium) : it's OK (so, the problem is between firefox and the printer) : i'll check that, i just write this comment for information.
Thanks for your help.

In this case, you may try using a Mac or a Win PC to update the firmware and check if that helps. There is no firmware update available for Linux OS.
Keep me posted for any other assistance.

We can try to reset the printer to its factory settings.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
Let me know how it goes.

Google Chrome is preferred to access the printer's EWS page. Glad to know that the issue is now resolved. Feel free to contact us with any concerns related to HP products.
