My Mac running Ventura 13.4.1 is suddenly unable to communicate wirelessly with my OfficeJet Pro 9015e. It was printing fine until a few days ago. I have restarted my Mac, restarted and power-drained the printer. The printer works fine from other machines (Macs and PCs) on the network.
When I run HP Smart, it shows the printer, but when I select Printer Reports, it says "Available printer reports cannot be retrieved." When I try to add a new printer, it searches for printers for a long time but finds none.
When I use Apple's System Settings to add the printer, it shows the printer in the Add Printer list, but when I click Add, that also fails with "Unable to communicate with the printer at this time." When installing when connected to USB I get the same error.

Hi @AndrewBelmont,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
It seems like this printer is not compatible with the Mac 13.4.1 version.
However, let's try to perform a semi-full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings and see if that works.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
