Hello HP Support Team,
can't update the OfficeJet 9120e Firmware from Version 6.20.x to 6.23.1.17.
It is not possible with the HP Smart App 155.1.1088.0 nor from the OfficeJet OCP Firmwareupdate option himself.
every time the Message are displayed on the OCP "download begin", after a while the hp logo is visible with blinking color dots and then the message displays on the ocp: Error Firmware download., If the error persist please contact support.
Then the firmwareupdate is in loop.
After a power cylce the 9120e beginning with a new attempt
