HP OfficeJet Pro 9120e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Last week installed a brandnew OfficeJet Pro 9120e. During set-up procedure installed the ink cartridges that came with the printer. After installation I printed approximately 20 pages. Then error message: Ink cartridges are empty, please install new ones (for all 4 cartridges).

Purchased a set of ink cartridges from the HP webshop for 128 EUR. Cartridges arrived today. Installed them. Printed one (1 !!!) page. Then printer asked again for a new set of ink cartridges.

Does anyone have an idea how to solve this issue? Best, Frank

Today I had a 3+ hours remote support session with HP service. People were very helpful and motivated. Unfortunately the malfunction of the printer could not repaired. Despite sevral software installations and re-starts the printer still does not accepts the ink cartridges. Will ask HP to take back printer and ink and replace both or reimburse purchasing price.
