Have spent the best part of my day deleting printer and reinstalling as per advices in other threads. The problem still persists. I scan 8 pages with the Automatic Document feeder. Save to PDF file, only the first 2 pages are saved. Pulling hair out now!

I'd like to help!

 

Are you scanning two separate pages or 2 side scanning?

 

Scan from the printer control panel perhaps does not provide the feature you need to switch the source (ADF or flatbed).

 

If you have not done so, download-save-install the Full Feature Software

If you install the software:  After the software is installed, Restart the computer and log in

 

If you use the printer software to scan, you will have more control over the output, including selecting the Source.

How to Scan (Windows)
