Officejet 4500 Wireless
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

AT&T installed a new router yesterday and now two of my four laptops cannot print. They were all OK before. Details:

#1 Fujitsu Lifebook (>5 years old) running XP connected directly to printer - prints OK

#2 Acer Chromebook 14 (New) running Windows 10 connected via Google Cloudprint - prints OK

#3 Fujitsu Lifebook AH-530 (>5 years old) running Windows 10 - wireless printer icon appears but grayed out and says offline

#4 Dell Inspiron 13 - 7000 series (2 years old) running Windows 10 - no wireless icon (I deleted it, intending to reinstall but I cannot get the computer to find the printer now)

My printer Wireless light (upper left corner) will not come on even though II hold it down for three seconds like it says in the guide.

Questions:

Could these print problems be a result of the router change?

Isn't it normal for the wireless light come on when the printer powers up?

Where do I go from here? Thanks.

Dumb. Dumb. Dumb. My bad. I didn't see the little setup button on the printer.

Of course it needed to find the new Wi-Fi SSID.

Ran the Wizard and it found the new router.

Everything OK.

My faith is restored.
