Hi @clibay ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you're encountering an error with your HP Officejet 4630 printer, and the error code "0X83C0000A NOS-LOADER-APP" is appearing on the display. This error typically indicates a hardware issue or a problem with the printer's firmware.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

  • Reset the printer: Turn off the printer, disconnect the power cord from the back, and wait for about 60 seconds. Then, reconnect the power cord and turn the printer back on.
  • Update the firmware: Visit the HP website and check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer model. If updates are available, follow the instructions provided to download and install them. Update the firmware on an HP printer
  • Check for any obstructions: Open the printer cover and check for any obstructions such as paper jams or foreign objects inside the printer. Remove any obstructions carefully.
  • Clean the printer: Dust and debris inside the printer can sometimes cause issues. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the exterior and interior of the printer, including the paper feed rollers.

I hope this helps.

Hi Gaya.Thank you for that.I've now bitten the bullet and ordered a new printer.I think the issue was with the ink cartridge mechanism (stuck solid) so decided to cut my losses.

Again thank you and kind regards.
