After the latest round of Win10 updates caused printing issues, I installed the patch which was to correct these issues but I still cannot get the system to download new printer drivers. Have deleted and tried to install new drivers by every way possible, but still no luck. Have spent the last 3 days trying to resolve this issue and still won't work. Please Help!!!

Thanks for clarifying.

Be sure to install below update and check if you may see any difference then:

Please let me know if that may help,

Thanks, (especially since you have been the only one to reply) but as I stated in my original post I already installed patch KB4567512 for the June Win10 update KB4560960 which was the suspected cause of the printing issues. Before MIcrosoft released the patch, I tried restoring my computer to an earlier date with no success.

I have tried everything, installing new printer drivers, both basic and full, directly from HP, via HP Smart, Win add printer, etc and all download drivers, see printer, but fail to install the driver. They all go through the entire installation process, but in the end the status remains driver unavailable. Tried connecting wirelessly and via UBS. Ran an os system scan and repaired all files, ran a deep clean to remove any remnants of any corrupted files, etc. and still won't install driver. Have spoken to HP support twice and they have no answers either.

I can even print from my phone, but not my computer. As a last resort I may have to install a new version of windows, but I am trying not to.

Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks!
