Hi,

 

We have had our printer for about a year with HP Instant Ink, and an error now appears on the screen saying ‘Use setup cartridge that came with your printer’ - we no longer have these? I’ve removed the cartridges and it’s still not working?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

I am sending you a private message with the steps to bypass the setup cartridge. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
