HP Recommended

I am seeking help to set up my printer - Officejet 9020e Pro. It will print from my iphone but not my windows PC - says the printer is offline, but my partner can print from his PC on the same Wifi network. When I use HP Smart to diagnose the problem it says "Driver Check issue not fixed". I am unable to resolve it through the usual means - re-starting machine, restart router, and trying the fix again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
