HP only has this method available:

 

Installing Your Printer Driver Using the Windows Built-in Solution

 

HP Officejet H470 Mobile Printer Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support

 

We are currently not allowed to post links to third party driver sites.

 

However, I don't see anything improper with letting you know that the DriversCollection.com website has the full feature driver for your printer.

 

I use the site all the time and the drivers are legitimate and virus free.

 

Just do a search for your Officejet H470 printer drivers and include in the search the driverscollection website name and you should be able to find the drivers HP used to supply.

 

That is how I found they have drivers for your printer.
