HP Officejet Pro 8500A e-All-in-One Printer - A910a

We moved! And now our trusty Officejet Pro 8500a will not connect to the wireless network in our new home. The wizard does discover the network SSID but will not connect. It does show on the HP Network Configuration Page (report) in the 802.11 wireless section, but the status is 'Disconnected'.

Can anyone point me to a person who can walk me through fixing this? Articles will be nice but I've already done a bunch of online debugging and not gotten anywhere. I've done all kinds of cycles of powering on/off the router, modem, printer. Tried using the Wi-Fi connect button on the router. Because it isn't connecting to the network it isn't showing in HP Smart on either of our laptops. I downloaded and tried the HP software (doctor?) and didn't get anywhere.

We really don't want to buy a new printer when this one was working fine until we moved. Please help.

I thought I'd add a copy of the Wireless Network Test Report. It's failing (FAIL) on No Filtering.

Per the report, I checked the MAC Filtering setting for the network. (Screen shot below.) It says it will allow all (so no filtering). I also tried adding the printer MAC address to the list of permitted devices per the report. Still no luck.
