Hi! After no experiencing no troubles at all, my printer randomly gave me the printer failure message, "There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP." I followed all the instructions on the support page for this error, but nothing worked. Turned it off and then on again after unplugging and replugging it. Checked ink cartridges for leaks. Removed the carridge three times. I can't get to the menu screen or anything other than this error message. I don't know what else to do. Please help!

@jessiedeegirl,

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support community!

Please check if you have followed all the troubleshooting mentioned in this document.

If you have the issue after troubleshooting, then it could be an issue with the printer head or the printer itself.

I request you to contact our HP Support Team for service/replacement/upgrade options.

Thanks for answering! Unfortunately, I've already tried all everything on the list you sent except for the items that require using the screen on the printer--I'm not able to utilize any menu functions as the screen only displays the error message, despite my best efforts. Also, when I click on the link you supplied to contact HP, I only get rerouted back to the HP community. Do you have any other suggestions?
