macOS 10.15 Catalina

The printer was working fine until a few days ago. Never had any issues. As far as I know nothing changed.

I’ve tried everything I can think of to solve the problem, but nothing is working.

System: Mac OS 10.15.6

Router: Netgear N900 Wireless

The printer recognizes the router. The computer is communicating with the router.

I downloaded the app to install a new driver, but it cannot locate the printer to complete installation.  I’ve tried rebooting entire system, reconfiguring printer, reset printer, checking router configuration, but nothing fixes the problem.

I need this to work wirelessly and wired (USB) because I have another laptop that uses the printer.

Is there a way to install the driver without using Easy Start? Easy Start doesn't work in this situation.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Maddie
