However, neither my Mac (14.4.1) nor my HP Spectre (Windows 10) recognizes the printer and it shows offline. I've reset everything multiple times, disconnected, reconnected, and it still shows Offline, Unavailable or just doesn't even show up at all. Both computers are on the same wifi network as the printer and everything was working fine until last week. Nothing has changed with either computer but the printer simply won't be recognized anymore. I was able to find a USB cord and connected it to my MAC, scanned 1 item and then even through the cord the scanner stopped being recognized. HP Smart was worthless because the printer doesn't even show up on the list. At one point it did and just said "driver issue not fixed" but I've reset everything and the printer claims it's updated to the latest. HELP before I throw the printer out the window. The Virtual Assistant was useless.
