Can you please guide me how to perform a semi-reset on the printer as we have lost the admin password and we are locked out of several configuration options?

I just found the info I needed on Solved: Reset Printer Admin Password after losing password. - HP Support Community - 9388798.

Hi @eg202 

You can perform a factory restore with instructions in Page 191 of the Officejet 9020 user guide:

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
