hello,
I have a used HP Officejet h470. I cannot print on it. In settings under printers it will connect to my printer but says no drivers installed I have tried everything very forum I can find says. I've tried deleting any HP software from my computer and using HP smart to download the drivers. HP smart cannot detect any printers even though my computer does. I cannot download the scan doctor. I've tried uninstalling the printer, unplugging the printer, resetting the printer, unplugging the USB, using Bluetooth all of it. I've done the same with my computer as well. all I need is a place to install the drivers. I need the drivers. it says no drivers installed. if I could get a link directly to the driver that I need that would be great. don't give me the scan doctor link the scan doctor does not download. if I need the scan doctor and you have a way that the scan doctor will download without an error message that would be needed. if you have a way I can get HP smart to recognize my printer that might help. to summarize I need First and foremost the "drivers" if scan doctor is one of the drivers I need, windows will not let me install it. Secondly if I can get the drivers through HP smart I need a fix for HP smart not identifying my computer.
thanks a ton

That printer is too old a model for an HP smart to work with it.
It's probably too old for win10 too but you can try:
