I am trying to print on a 5x7.5 inch envelope and the only paper size option in the printer settings that is close is the 5x7 inch. I was able to print about 5 envelopes before I started to get a "mismatch paper size" error. I am confused why it would work and then suddenly not. I have already changed the Word print settings to match 5x7.5 inch. How do I set custom paper size dimensions on the printer settings?

No idea - maybe one of the envelopes did not feed correctly and the printer lost track of its settings...  ??

Basic Instructions:

 Printing Envelopes (Windows)

Open the main tray drawer,

Load envelopes (stack of five to eight or so)

Close the tray

Check the printer control panel screen to "modify" the contents

Check to change the paper size to "Custom"

Click OK (or whatever is necessary to close / complete the task).

When you are done printing envelopes, be sure the set the paper size on the printer control panel back to your "standard"  (likely Letter or A4).
