Product: Officejet pro 7220
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello everyone, my new Officejet pro 7220 prints correctly on A4 sheets but the printing on A3 is of very poor quality: the lines are replaced by a series of ///////// or - - - - - - and the characters (numbers and letters) are not clear.
I aligned and cleaned the heads, it has new cartridges,
I checked the firmware version from HP Smart but the latest version is installed.
What's the reason?
