I appreciate your time and efforts
Have you changed the Router lately?
Let's try these steps to resolve the issue:
Try assigning a static IP address and a manual DNS address:
* Obtain the IP address of the printer – You can touch the “wireless” icon on the printer control panel to obtain the IP address.
* Type the IP address on your web browser to obtain the printer EWS page on your computer.
* Go to the “Network” tab – Click on “Wireless (802.11) – Then click on “Network address (IPv4)
* Click on the radio button which says “Manual IP” and then click “Suggest a manual IP address” to give a manual IP address to your printer.
* Click on radio button which says “Manual DNS Server” and under manual preferred type 8.8.8.8 and under manual alternate type 8.8.4.4 (This is Google DNS server address)
If the issue persists, try these steps from the link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04249080
Step 1: Use HP Print and Scan Doctor to check connectivity
Step 2: Reset the print environment
Step 3: Set the default printer
Other things to try
Connect to a proper wireless network
Connect to the printer’s wireless direct connection
Update the printer firmware

Welcome to HP Forums,
This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂
As I understand, you're unable to print from PC,
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
What is the exact error message?
When was the last time it worked fine?
Were there any hardware/software changes made?
Have you tried performing root level uninstalling and reinstalling drivers?
If not, I suggest you try these steps to remove the printer drivers from root level:
- Go to Control panel – Programs and feature – Select all the HP OfficeJet printer entries and uninstall them.
- Now go to Control panel – Devices and printer – Select all the printer entries and remove the device.
- Then press the "windows key" + "r" to get the "Run" window open - Type "printui.exe /s" and press enter.
- Under print server properties, go to drivers - remove any entry there as well.
- Again, go to run window, type – “c:/programdata” – Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.
To reinstall, click here.
If the issue persists, you could install drivers using Windows built-in driver: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01796879
Let me know how that pans out
I hope you have a good day ahead,
And Feel free to ask any other queries as well,
Considering, this forum has some of the best people in the world available and ready to help.

Flower_Bud thank you for responding to my issue, let me add some information. I have had this printer for over a year and connected wireless through my home wi-fy. My wife informed me about a week ago that she could not print. No error messages. The only thing I see is the printer is offline.
I have uninstalled the printer, printer drivers, software numerous times. Ran HP print doctor numerous times. Turned printer off pulled power, turned router off pulled power, shut laptop (HP Pavilion) off. Restarted, reinstalled software.
I have set printer up as network, and usb. everything says it should work. When I print you can see the print que where the document comes into the que then disappears like it printed but nothing prints. I can do a test print from printer but not from laptop. can not print wirelessly or usb.
On several occasions of reinstalling I have printed from my I-phone but not printer. I have ran several versions of the HP Print doctor. ussally says that the software was not fully installed and gives my the opportunity to install it again. Still no good. Sometimes it gave me the option to change from USB connection to network printer on my wify and then does, but no change.
I can print using hp eprint

Thanks for responding,
Have you tried those steps mentioned in my last post? If not, I suggest you try them.
Is Wi-Fi light blinking/steady on printer control panel?
NOTE: Ensure you're trying to connect the printer to the 2.4Ghz network.
Let me know,
Cheers!
