Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Dear all. Please help, I have a Pagewide pro 577dw printer with a problem with the stock cartridge after updating the firmware. With firmware version 1708D, the cartridge works normally. However, after updating the firmware to 2142A, the new cartridge has problems with the error message "The indicated cartridge is an older generation cartridge that does not work in your printer. It can still be used with some older printer models" . Does anyone here have the firmware file version 1708D?. Thank you.

Thanks for all. I get version 1829A dan can initialize the new cartridge normally.
