Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

I wasted two hours in a chat to resolve this issue. I am online with the new printer (mesh network) and it is working well, But HP Smart produces this Attention Required: NoClaimIDText message. The agent wanted me to uninstall and reinstall printer, which I did again even though I already had done it earlier, but she did not have access to a list of error messages. Can anyone help?   (BTW, how do you get to an agent with whom you can do more than chat?)
