HP OfficeJet 6951 - Macbook Pro 16" 2021, Apple M1 Max Chip, Mac OS 10 Ventura

 

For several years I have been scanning using Easy Scan software. Lately the output I get is a blank page. 

I can scan from my computer correctly using EasyScan or Image Capture.

However, if I try to scan from the printer using the printer buttons (as I used to do), I now get a blank page. 

Help please.

The problem seems to be Mac OS Ventura. I have an older Macbook Pro using MacOS Monterrey and I can scan using printer controls, provided I have Easy scan open in my computer. 

 

Whenever I try to use my new MacBookPro with MacOS Ventura, the printer cannot connect with my computer, even though it appears in the printer's computer list. 

 

Any suggestions as to how I might solve this problem is appreciated.

I see that you are facing scanning issues with your HP OfficeJet 6951 all-in-one printer when scanning to Mac OS 10 Ventura computer.

The problem is not when I try to scan from the computer. This works fine as described in your video.

But I used to be able to scan from the printer and, for some reason, I can no longer do this. After I installed Ventura on my Macbook Pro, whenever I scan using printer commands, the printer says the scan has been sent to my computer, but when I go to the computer to view the scanned document what I get is a blank page.
