Open Region Change Window

I want to change the region code of my printer. 
As far as I know, I need to open a hidden window in the HP printer app. 
but I cannot find it open it. 
so the question is: how can I open the region change window in the HP app on my computer? 

Laptop: MacBook 

App: the current available HP one in the app store

You will need to Contact HP to request a "Regionalization Reset". There should not be any charge for this, it is covered as part of the cartridge warranty. You will need to have access to your computer and printer while on the line with HP. You will also need to have a set of cartridges for the new region, once the reset is complete cartridges from the original region will no longer work.  HP's web page on the subject is here. 

Do not attempt to fiddle in the secret menus without being online with an HP Support agent.

I'm already in contact with the support.
They asked me specific to open this window where i have to enter the region change code.
But i cannot open this "secret" window.
Does anybody know how to open this window in the HP app on an MAC?

Have you asked the HP folks for details in performing the reset with a MAC? 

I would suggest you Contact HP again, it is not likely anyone in the forum here will have specific information on the inner workings of the Regional Reset procedure.
