Hello community,

 

I've just bought a Officejet Pro 7720. When I click on the link to download the HP Smart software, it says "Open TWINUI? https://123.hp.com wants to open this application." Bu then nothing happens when agree to open it. Anyone seen this before? W10 version 1909.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

Download the file and right click open as an administrator- 

Install HP Smart and add your printer

 

Or download the full featured drivers from HP Easy Start Printer Setup Software
