I recently purchased a hp deskjet 2710e all in one printer. I successfully set it up to run off my Samsung galaxy tab A7 lite WiFi, I somehow lost my connection a few days ago and it has taken me a while to re set the printer up again and now I have managed to reset it up, every time I want to print something anotice comes up on my Samsung tablet saying I need to optimize my printer and print or just print I have been clicking on optimizing print but I still cannot get the printer to print can anyone help

Are the printer and smartphone connected to the same wireless network?

 

 

Uninstall and reinstall the latest version of the HP smart app from the play store.

 

Try updating the printer firmware and your Android device to the latest version and check if it helps.

 

Link to update the printer firmware.

 

Note: Try updating the firmware using a Windows PC.

 

Also, try the steps recommended below.

 

Step 1: Close and reopen the printer app
Close the printer app, and then reopen the printer app.
Try to use the printer app. If the issue persists, continue to the next step.
Step 2: Try to use the printer app later
Try to use the printer app later when HP Web Services is available.
If the issue persists, continue to the next step.
Step 3: Confirm your printer is connected to the wireless network
If your printer is not connected to an active Internet connection, printer apps do not work. Make sure the printer is connected to a wireless network with an active Internet connection.
