HP Chromebook 14-DB003NA
Chrome OS

I have always been able to print 2 sided (manually) on my DeskJet 3632 printer. I would have to manually feed the pages back in after one side had printed but this was fine. Now the option to do that has gone - it's not available on my Chromebook or when printing something from my Android phone or tablet. If I borrow my son's HP laptop on Windows 7 OS (my old one and has always printed 2 sides) the option is still there.

Drivers and software for Chromebook & printer are both up to date, but even under Advanced Settings etc, there is no tick box to allow for 2-sided printing. What am I missing??! Thanks.

Welcome to the HP support community.

Printing on a double-sided option is not available Chromebook and mobile device.

I hope that helps.
