Photosmart D110 Series [39D08A]

My printer has all of a sudden stopped working.  The wireless button is blinking, saying it's not connected to my internet.  When I run a diagnostics test, everything comes back PASS until it gets to the NO FILTERING, and that says FAIL.  I haven't changed anything or added anything to my internet. We have unplugged and reconnected the router. It is not connecting to our home network. It comes up on screen, I type password but it cannot connect. All other wireless in home (phones, TV) are connected.

@AlBarb

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer: setup menu>Wireless>Restore Network Defaults

Once done connect the printer to the wi-fi using the wireless setup wizard.

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the "Accept as solution" button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
