Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8122e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

New printer set up fine but if I try to print in High Quality I get the message: Output was changed from High quality because of a conflict with another printer setting. It doesn't say what the conflict is and I don't see that there is one. It's a brand new printer. ANy suggestions??

It is possible that the paper type set on the printer is not supported for high quality. Many printers ship with the tray paper type set to a default of any which does not support any advance features.
