HP Photosmart 5110 printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer has the known fault of the bottom right hand corner of the touchscreen that's not responsive.

The printer has not been used for a while

New non-genuine ink cartridges have been installed and I'm unable to click on the "ok" on the touchscreen to progress further.

I had previously use a phone App to control the printer but we have new WiFi settings since the printer was last used and I'm unable to use the App. I'm unable to bypass the above message about non-genuine ink cartridges being used to be able to connect the printer to a PC by USB .

Printer doesn't have an Ethernet port

I have tried doing a reset by disconnecting power with printer still turned on, pressing power button and then reconnecting to power - it still returns to the same message on the touchscreen.

Any ideas?

Please try these steps to connect the printer to Wi-Fi - HP Printers - Changing from a USB to a Wireless Connection
