There have been several posts concerning the printer printing the above dealing with the establishment of a new connection with the printer.   However the suggestions have not eliminated the issue when the printer wakes from sleep mode and prints the POST.   Evidently the printer disconnects from the computer (USB) when it goes to sleep.   What is the remediation to maintain the connection with the printer goes into sleep mode.    The obvious answer is to set up the printer to discontinue the notice altogether.   This consumes a significant amount of paper and supplies, which one would consider in contradiction of the new environmental standards.   Since HP has signed on to ESG reporting, this should be a firmware update consideration, if required to discontinue the printing.
