Hi @RoxanaCQ,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

If your HP printer prints a test page but won’t print regular documents, and you’re seeing “Print Queue Issue / Attention Required” even after reinstalling the printer on multiple computers, the issue is likely related to the print spoolerdriver conflicts, or communication errors between Windows and the printer.

1. Clear the Print Queue Manually

  • Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
  • Scroll down and find Print Spooler.
  • Right-click it and choose Stop.
  • Then go to: C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS and delete all files in that folder.
  • Go back to Services, right-click Print Spooler, and choose Start.

2. Run the HP Smart App

It will automatically detect and fix common printing issues.

3. Set the Printer as Default

  • Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
  • Click your printer > Set as default.

4. Check for Driver Conflicts

  • In Device Manager, expand Print queues.
  • Right-click your printer and choose Uninstall device.
  • Then reinstall the latest driver from the Official HP® Support.

5. Try Printing from a Different App

  • Sometimes the issue is app-specific. Try printing from Notepad or WordPad.

I hope this helps.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
