Hi, I need help regarding my replacement printer. My original printer had a cartridge jam issue where neither the cartridges nor the printhead could be removed. HP sent me a replacement HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e, but the replacement printer arrived with no printhead installed.

 

I only have service orders for the printer itself and the cartridges—not for a separate printhead. But the replacement printer doesn't have the printhead inside, so I cannot install the cartridges or use the printer.

 

Can you confirm if the printhead should have come pre-installed in the replacement unit? If not, how can I get the missing printhead shipped to me so I can use the printer?
