MY PRINTER IS NOT PRINTING ANYTHING. IF I DO TEST PAGES FROM THE PRINTER IT IS OK. IT IS CONNECTED TO THE WIRELESS ROUTER BUT IT KEEPS SHOWING IT IS NOT CONNECTED. IS THERE NOT A WAY TO CALL SOMEONE ?!!!!?!?!?!?

@ebeb12, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

To assist you better, which device are you using to print?

How is the printer connected to the device?

 

Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

To connect the printer to the wireless network,

On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network Setup > Restore network settings

Go back to Network > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard and select your network.

 

  • Make sure the printer and the computer are connected to the same wireless network. Either 2.4 or 5GHz network.
  • If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both the networks.

P.s: I assume the printer is out of warranty, you will not have an option to talk to HP Support. There may be a paid support option available.
