I have downloaded the " All-in-One HP PSC 1400 - AIO_CDB_NonNet_Full_Win_WW_130_141" driver but at the end of the installation there is an error and I couldn't install the printer, I tried also to follow your instructions on "selective startup" but there was the same error
Here there's the screenshot of the error

Hello, thanks for your help, but the printer does not really work; I tried both solutions, but I made a mistake or some step or own there is nothing to do. As always it comes up to the connection with the printer and began to give them, the heroes. I send you pictures of the errors that have appeared. Thank you

Thanks for the reply and trying to install the driver again, using the procedure mentioned in the article.
Request you to reinstall the driver again using the method below.
Uninstall the driver completely using programs and feature available in control panel.
Restart the PC.
Update the firmware on the printer using the control panel on the printer. (Will require wireless setup on the printer for this purpose.)
Once the PC is on the desktop, press Win + R, it would bring a Run dialog box,
Type %temp% in the run box and click Ok or hit the Enter button.
It would bring up the temporary files folder. Delete the files in the folder (You might not be able to delete all the files).
Restart the PC again.
Download the latest full feature driver from www.hp.com/drivers and install it on the computer.
Open devices and printers, select any device listed there and you will have an option called printer server properties, open it and select the drivers tab, delete all the HP drivers listed there.
Please connect the printer to the USB port available on the rear of the Desktop computer (do not connect the printer to any USB hubs.
Connect the printer to the computer only when the installation wizard asks for the printer.
If this method fails. Please use the Windows Built in driver instead, click here to know more.
Let me know if this helped,

Hello, I finally might fail to install the printer, only fault is that printers panel if the printer is turned off comes the green checkmark; whereas when light it up ese the yellow triangle with the exclamation point. This is due to the non-matching language (Italian - English), but I do not think it's a problem. tonight I will try also scans. Thank you
