PageWide Pro MFP 477dn

A little over a year ago my MFP got a firmware update.  After rebooting most of the settings are locked and the Ethernet port no longer works correctly.  Printing the network report shows the interface link is set to 10TX half-duplex--this should auto-negotiate, and the 10GbE switch it's connected to won't allow anything less than 100TX half-duplex.

For the time being, I've been using a Raspberry Pi 3B+ as a print server and had that connected to the MFP via USB, but now I need to be able to support scanning to a network share.

Is there a way to perform a hard reset or get the latest firmware and manually flash?

A search on the usual video platforms revealed the process for a reset and a manual firmware update.  That has been completed and still, my wired network port is not functioning as expected.

I've looked for firmware for my printer and if it is publicly available, I have yet to find it.  Any leads?

For the price HP is asking for support, we can replace this printer and I don't like either of those options, but I also won't be held hostage.
