Paper size setting Envy6055

The only paper size showing up in my printer settings is 5x7 and I cannot uncheck it.

Use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to check / adjust the paper size & type settings.

Reminder:  HP Smart Mobile requires the paper size / type to be adjusted before the content is opened.

EWS is available from your browser or from within HP Smart

Thank you so much for this info. I am confused how to get on the EWS! Where do I get the thing I need to put in my browser?? It isn’t my serial number or FPU No, is it??

Use the HP printer Embedded Web Server (EWS)

EWS – Browser – Tray and Paper Management

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Settings > Preferences > Tray and Paper Management

Model Dependent:  Advanced section

Click Apply to save changes
