Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I just bought this produce and, to my surprise, when I loaded A3 paper the paper tray would not go right back into the printer. I found a setup video online which pointed out that it does stick out when A3 is loaded, but the video showed a folding cover over the front of the lower paper tray so that it is not open to dust when loaded with A3. My printer came without any covers on the lower paper tray - what's going on? Should it have one or do HPO expect me to remove the A3 paper (so that the empty tray can be pushed right in) when I am not using it?
