Product: HP ENVY 4520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I refuse to pay even one dollar to have a tech attempt a fix for my 4520. I want a replacement even though the warranty is up. I was sold a piece of crap and want a different printer. I bought an HP Printer and I buy HP ink and now you want me to pay more? One-dollar trial and $28.00 a month is ridiculous. I’ll buy a different brand Printer before I’ll do that. Besides, A tech had sent me a fix to try a week ago and it failed. HP is going to chase customers away.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
