I buy this printer because in the lenguages descriptions, includes pcl 5. 

Dont work installing drivers from CD. I look for an UPD pcl 5, and i see that is not available pcl 5 for this print in the UPD.

what can i do?

Although the website says the M402 hp printer does not support the Universal PCL5 Driver, I tried to change the Driver and that was the solution.

Install a Universal PCL5 Driver provided in Windows 7 and that was the solution. Thanks for your answers.

Whilst HP now only appears to provide PCL6 (PCL XL) drivers for this printer, the device itself still supports PCL5, amongst other Page Description Languages:

So if you have a 'bespoke' application which generates a PCL5 print stream, it should still work OK with this printer model.

Bear in mind that if you upgrade to Windows10, you will find that there is no PCL5 Universal Printer Driver available; after version 6.1.0, only PCL6 (PCL XL) and PostScript variants of the UPD are produced.
