HP Photo Envy 7155

I've reset my printer three times now. I've confirmed the network each time. I've reset my router. This keeps happening.

After resetting the printer, the HP App finds the printer.

I'm able to configure the printer for my WiFi network. I can view the network settings. The network test page states that the printer is connected.

After the printer has joined my WiFi network, and my Android phone reconnects to my WiFi network, the app can no longer find the printer. None of my computers can find the printer. I can't add the printer via IPP using the printer's reported IP address.

What does work? Emailing a print to job to the printer. That works fine, so the printer is connected to the Internet. The SMTP port is open. Apparently none of the other ports (HTTP, HTTPS, 9100, etc) are open or they are blocked.

Is there a way for me to connect to this printer so I can troubleshoot or enable the missing local printing features? I specifically want to use the printer with my Mom's Chromebook, which can work with my HP laser printer via IPP but Mom doesn't live with me.

This is far more frustrating than it should be.
